Absolutely the best way to fly!! Arrive 20 minutes before your flight, no TSA, you can bring your own drinks, dogs allowed, smaller 30 seat planes, great snacks and really nice crew. I wish JSX had more routes out of Reno, because I'd never fly any other airline if they did. Also, you can check two bags up to 50 lbs each and have a carry on that fits under your seat. Love love love JSX!!!!

Less than 30 min from check in to flight. Nice lounge and smooth experience. Will definitely be back.
Victor their secretary guard was very helpful and had traffic moving so I make it on time to my flight and another time on Christmas he was kind enough to let me park near to retrieve my grandmother who was flying in. I like Jsx but they do need to accommodate ppl more with disabilities elderly or kids. No parking area is annoying but Victor made our experience better. They Need a 10 min grace policy at less to pick up or drop off.
This trip was Saturday of the Anime Expo weekend, and we were staying at the JW Marriott right by the Convention Center. Uber picks us up, immediately stuck in traffic, watching all the anime characters crossing the streets, the driver asks, "What time is your flight?" I tell him 3:30. It's 2:45 and we're still by the convention center, not even on the 110 yet. He looks back at us and taps the clock in his car, "you're not going to make it". LOL :-)
Walked into the terminal at 3:17, was in my seat at 3:23, plane pushed back on time at 3:30.

The best way to fly. Took a business trip Las Vegas to Los Angeles and back. First rate experience from check in, brief wait and convenient flight. Closest thing to a private plane makes you feel like a high roller and doesn't break the bank.
We fly JSX to Las Vegas for business and pleasure. Nothing beats this experience. No lines, no tsa checkpoints, no drunk passengers causing delays. They have Valet for your convenience at $40 per night plus tax. One row has two seats and individual window seats on the other row. The staff is amazing and everyone from the check in desk to the ticketing area is providing the same experience. They have a lounge area with coffee and water. The best things about the JSX is that you can literally arrive 20 mins to your departure. We live in Studio City so it’s a 15 min drive to the terminal. It’s worth every penny!
